Operation Manager (Surabaya)
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for warehousing and distribution operations and key account management
Drive team towards operations excellence
Work closely with customers and business partners to enhance business relations and customer satisfaction
Lead in cost reduction programs, wastage reduction programs, and drive improvement initiatives
To lead improvement in existing processes and work methods for day-to-day operations
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or Degree in Logistics / Transportation or equivalent, master degree preferred
At least 5 years of working experience in operations management in the logistic / transportation industry for container yard.
Excellent in using computer, interpersonal, communication, planning, and negotiation skills
Resourceful and result/customer-oriented
Strong in local distribution
Fluent communication and written in English
Sales and Marketing Manager (Surabaya)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, grow and expand the Company services to existing and new customers
Proactively identify new customers with projects that fit the Company business model
Provide quotations and advice/consultancy to clients to deliver the best possible solutions to customers
Work with Operations and cross-functional groups, customers and suppliers to define project requirements to ensure that the implementation of new strategies and initiatives will effectively meet or exceed these requirements and customer expectations.
Manage the project progression from identification to closure.
Lead and manage project activities with the Company and customer’s cross functional teams within the scope of the contractual agreements.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Marketing or Business Administration or other related discipline
Having experience at least for 5 years in the field of Marketing for logistic/forwarding & warehousing
Strong business development and client service skills with a proven track record in managing clients and winning businesses
Strong Financial management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and nurture client relationships
Well versed and connected with the development and changes in the logistics industry
Exposure to strategic partnerships/alliances with logistics providers
Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills are essential
HUMAN RESOURCES / GENERAL AFFAIRS EXECUTIVE
Qualification :
Male/female
Minimum 5 years experience as HR and GA
Bachelor degree of Faculty of Law or Psychology
Fluent in English both written and spoken
Candidates must be able to handle all HRD & GA matters
Knowledge of legal aspects and employment regulation
Computer expert , Microsoft office
Placed in Surabaya
FINANCE STAFF
Qualification Lowongan Kerja Surabaya:
Male/Female
At least 3 years of working experience in Finance
University graduate in Finance/ Accounting
Proficient in making statements of cash and voucher expenditure or revenue
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of System Accurate is highly prioritized
