Mechanical Engineer, Batam
Responsibilities:
- Perform design calculation of pressure vessels columns, shell and tube type heat exchangers, storage tanks, filter manually and with software..
- In depth knowledge of static equipment and related national and international codes and standards viz ASME, TEMA, API etc.
- Demonstrated performance as job engineer for the EPC projects is required ..
- Coordination with supplier and inter disciplines.
- Analyze vendors offer and prepare TBC and raise TQs
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Fluent in English (both oral & written)..
- Minimum 2 year’s relevant working experience.
- Analytical ability and problem solving skill..
- Knowledge of static equipment related piping codes.
- AutoCad working knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
Desired :
- Knowledge of man hour estimate preparation..
- Knowledge column internal.
- Knowledge of pig launcher / receiver design..
- Knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing processes.
Software Skills Desired :
- Microprotol, compress, PV Elite.
