Punch List Coordinator
• Having 5 years experience in construction turnover data.
• Having knowledge in databases.
• Posses the ability to access (scaffold, ladders, and stairs) elevated work platforms.
• This position will be required to exercise professional judgment within the framework of broad guidelines provided by the Site Management Team.
• Able to interpret, organize, execute and coordinate the construction completion and turnover activities.
EQMS Field Engineer
• Having 5 years experience in a piping/mechanical field engineering type role.
• Degree in construction/engineering related field.
• Posses the ability to access (scaffold, ladders, and stairs) elevated work platforms.
• Having experiences in leading, implementing, and monitoring the project preservation and equipment maintenance program to ensure compliance with the project specifications and vendor requirements.
ITP Turnover Engineer Walk Downs
• Having experience in Turnover or related discipline and must be able to perform field inspections, climb ladders and scaffolding, work on elevated platforms, on uneven surfaces and in confined spaces. • Having working knowledge of construction engineering practices and inspection requirements.• Having advanced coordination and communication skills, and having experience in interpretation of P&IDs.• Posses strong skill in coordinating walks down, prepare documentation for walk downs (scoped P&IDs, work list, FCD, test documents, etc)
Surveyor / Survey CAD Specialist
• Experience in using AutoCAD min. 2 years, expert on Microsoft Excel and min. 1 year experience of Data Collector Operation/Total Station.• Having strong experience of managing digital data network and serving as the main interface between the design Engineering and construction survey team.• Experience min. 5 years in Construction/ Offshore field.
• Must be able to prepare and compute field stakeout data from design drawings and the accurate interpretation and representation of data captured in the field.
Dock Supervisor
• Having experiences in the same position min. 3 years
• Having a track record of extensive involvement in heavy haul contracts, ship loading and coordination experience between multiple entities such as direct staff, sub-contractors and local authorities
Paint/Insulation /Fireproofing Field Engineer
• Experience in the management of subcontractors activities relating to cost and scheduling, manpower requirements, and productivity.
• NACE level II or equivalent and experience in cryogenic insulation systems and experience in the application of intumescent fire proofing.
• Able to interpret design engineering drawings/specifications and prepares construction work packages for the use of superintendents as required for all coatings, including; but not limited to; Temporary construction facilities, Field sketches of revisions and additions and preparing “ as built” drawing, permanent plant materials and equipment.
Testing Supervisor
• Having strong technical knowledge in Pipe hydro testing and pneumatic pipe testing and on an LNG facility, including disassembly and reinstatement of pipe systems.
• Experience with Torque and tensioning methods of flanged connection.
• Having good knowledge of engineering and construction methods and processes customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience
Piping Field Engineer
• Degree in Construction/ Engineering/ Related Field
• Experience in oil/gas/refinery/petrochemical modules, and more than 5 years experience in piping Engineering.
• Posses the ability to access (scaffold, ladders, and stairs) elevated work platforms.
• This position will be required to exercise professional judgment within the framework of broad guidelines provided by the Site Management Team.
• Able to interpret, organize, execute and coordinate the construction completion and turnover activities.
Lead Electrical Superintendent
• It is a must to have valid Electrical License endorsed by Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi
• Having recognized degree in an engineering or scientific discipline or equivalent field experience.
• Shall have the following AS/NZ 4761 competencies;
1. UEENEEM024A & UEENEEM026A Install explosion protected equipment and wiring systems.
2. UTENES 107B
3. UEENEEM039A & UEENEEM041A Test Installation in Hazardous Areas.
4. UTENES 408B
5. UEENEEM042A Conduct close inspection of existing hazardous area installations.
6. UTENEX 409B
7. UEENEEM044A & UEENEE046A Conduct detailed inspection of hazardous area installations.
8. UTENEX 410B
9. The above certifications must have Ex d, Ex e, Ex I, Ex m, Ex n, Ex p and Mixed Explosion Protections Techniques endorsement
Party Chief (Surveying) - Dimensional Control
• 6 years of experience as a survey crew chief or a bachelor’s degree in surveying plus 2 years minimum as Survey Field Tech III
• Considerable knowledge of Mathematics through trigonometry.
• Should be proficiency with modern surveying equipment including GPS, Total Stations, Robotic Stations, Data Collectors and software.
• Able to make complex mathematical computation with the use of a scientific calculator.
• Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding, work on elevated platforms, on uneven surfaces and in confined spaces.
General Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and Indonesian.
• Proficiency MS Office Application.
• Familiarity with Australian codes (AZ/NZS), IEC, and Mod Yard experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Australian Quarantine Inspection procedures is an advantage.
